Q. Do you accept personal checks, or money orders?
A. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or money orders. We suggest that you order online and pay by credit card. Our online system is set up for safe credit transactions. We accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. When you place your order the payment amount will be blocked by the bank on your credit card account as an unsettled transaction. We actually collect the amount at the time of shipping at which time the transaction is being settled and charged to your account.
For orders with a delivery time of more than 30 days we will settle the transaction after 29 days as the bank only maintains the unsettled transaction for up to 30 days.
Conclusion: we charge your card at the time of shipping, or after 29 days, whichever comes first.

Q. How safe is my credit card information?
A. Credit card purchases are processed in real time by secure eCommerce servers. This means your information is handled by your bank and our bank on well protected servers. Your credit card information is NOT kept in our system.

Q. What if I receive an item that is damaged in the shipping process?
A. Please send an email to our customer service department: customerservice@christmastreemania.com and they will arrange for the pickup of the broken piece and send you a new item in it's place.

Q. Can I return a product for a refund?
A. Yes, you may return ordered products that do not satisfy your expectations. You must have an authorization from us before you can return an item. Please e-mail our service dept. (CustomerService@christmastreemania.com) before returning your items. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and related cost.

Q. Do you accept small orders?
A. We reserve the right to refuse orders with a value of less than $20 (excluding shipping).

Q. When should I expect delivery?
A. We strive to ship within 48 hours of your order. Shipments from our warehouse to the far corners of the USA may take up to 5 business days.

Q. What about shipping costs?
A. We strive to keep the shipping cost to a minimum and look for the most favorable rates and carriers.

Q. What about shipping by Air?
A. Overnight, second, and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the warehouse to dispatch the products.
